Book groups are a great way to discover new books to read and meet new people.
Our book groups are fun, stimulating and can be therapeutic, helping people to cope with stress and anxiety through the relaxation and escapism provided by reading.
About our Book Groups
Many Glasgow libraries have book groups – they meet once a month to discuss one or two books, and we can supply the books!
Our Book groups are free, relaxed and informal – joining one is a great way to meet other readers and discover new authors.

Find A Book Group
In the Views of the Line of Loch Katrine Water Works, 1859, Annan's photographs document the construction of a 35 mile aqueduct to supply the city of Glasgow with fresh water from Loch Katrine in the Trossachs. The later Photographic Views of Loch Katrine show the completed work in 1877.
